Abstract

The polypeptide of the invention has following sequential structures: Gln-Tyr-Asp-Gln-Gly-Val; Tyr-Glu-Asp-Cys-Thr-Asp-Cys-Gly-Asn; Ala-Ala-Asp-Asn-Ala-Asn-Glu-Leu-Phe-Pro-Pro-Asn. The polypeptide of the three sequences is extracted and separated from buffalo cornus. Pharmacological tests prove that the polypeptide has fine antioxidant activity.
