Problems solved by technology

Because the flow path is critical to the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger, in a heat exchanger with a relatively short flow path, the flowing fluid may not be sufficiently cooled to the desired temperature, and overheating or system failure may occur. failure problem

Embodiment Construction

[0011] An exemplary heat exchanger of the present disclosure is as follows by reference Figure 1-3 Be explained.

[0012] figure 1 Shown is a heat exchanger 10 comprising a top manifold 30, a bottom manifold 40 and intermediate manifolds 20, such as figure 1 Four intermediate manifold boxes 20 are shown. It is also possible to arrange only one intermediate manifold box 20 between the top manifold box 30 and the bottom manifold box 40 . An inlet port 50 and an outlet port 60 are formed at both ends of the heat exchanger 10 .

[0013] Such as figure 2 As shown, each of the top manifold box 30 , bottom manifold box 40 and center manifold box 20 includes a pair of plates, each pair of plates having a male plate 21 and a female plate 22 . The positive plate 21 and the negative plate 22 can be processed by thin plates of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze or any other material with good thermal conductivity. In addition, although the male plate 21 and the femal...

Abstract

The invention discloses a heat exchanger and a processing method. The heat exchanger comprises a plurality of branch manifold boxes which are piled up, wherein each branch manifold box is formed by plates in pair and connected by an inlet and a passing outlet which are formed on each plate; at least one first variable flow part is positioned between the inlets of a first pair of adjacent branch manifold boxes to guide fluid to flow through the branch manifold box and flow towards the passing outlet; and at least one second variable flow part is positioned between the passing outlets of a second pair of adjacent branch manifold boxes, the second pair of branch manifold boxes is different from the first pair of branch manifold boxes and the second variable flow part guides the fluid to pass through the branch manifold boxes and flow into the inlet.

Description

technical field [0001] The disclosed technology relates to a heat exchanger, more particularly to a stacked heat exchanger and a processing method thereof. Background technique [0002] A traditional stacked plate heat exchanger has multiple pairs of plates stacked one on top of the other. Each paired plate has an outlet and an inlet located at opposite identical relative positions. In stacked pairs of plates, all inlets are connected and communicated to deliver fluid to be cooled or heated through the internal channels of each pair of plates, and similarly all outlets are connected and communicated to receive fluid through the channels And deliver the fluid to the outlet of the heat exchanger. Pairs of plates are usually bonded together, for example by high temperature brazing. An example of a stacked heat exchanger is disclosed by US Patent No. 5,794,691 issued August 18, 1998 to Evans (the '691 patent). [0003] In the heat exchanger of the '691 patent, fluid entering...
