The realization method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: inputting vehicle registration resources and basic information of loaded goods of a vehicle into a resource management device; publishing vehicle empty driving time period and road section through the system by a truck driver; inputting time and a place of goods needing to transport through the system by an enterprise goods owner; accurately searching the vehicle according with the goods distribution requirements by the logistics transaction matchmaking system according to travel information published by the truck driver and GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning on the vehicle; and respectively notifying the truck driver and the enterprise goods owner of a matching result by the system in modes of mobile short message, a network and a telephone.
