The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a dressing amount parameter and a metabolism rate parameter; collecting initial indoor temperature, initial relative humidity and initial wind speed; calculating based on the dressing amount parameter, the metabolism rate parameter, the initial room temperature, theinitial relative humidity, the initial wind speed and target environment requirements to obtain target operation temperature of the air conditioner; controlling the air conditioner to operate at the target temperature; and if new target environment requirements are input, calculating new target operation temperature of the air conditioner again until shutdown of the air conditioner. By using the air conditioner control method, the control complexity is reduced, thereby improving control instantaneity and user experience, and solving problems of long calculation cycle and complicated realization for air conditioner control methods in the prior art.
