The virtual switchboard server connected with an intelligent network comprises a user management unit, a calling control unit and a traffic control unit; when an incoming call calls a first extension telephone in a group, the traffic control unit controls the calling control unit to get through a talk channel between the incoming call and the first extension telephone; and when the incoming call needs to be forwarded to a second extension telephone in the group, the traffic control unit receives a forwarding command of the first extension telephone or the second extension telephone, acquires the information of the second extension telephone in the forwarding command through the user management unit and controls the calling control unit to forward the incoming call from the first extension telephone to the second extension telephone so as to realize the talk between the incoming call and the second extension telephone.
