Embodiment Construction

[0010] Now, the bladder pressure probe of the present invention will be described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0011] The bladder pressure probe of the present invention consists of a balloon 1 and a pressure sensor 2 . The balloon 1 is composed of a body 3 and an inflatable head 4 , and an inflatable pipe 5 and a valve 6 are arranged in the inflatable head 4 . The pressure sensor 2 is located inside the balloon body 3 , but the pressure sensing surface 7 of the pressure sensor 2 is located outside the balloon 1 . The probe inserter is composed of an inflatable head 8 , a probe handle 9 and a handle 10 , and an inflatable pipe 11 runs through the inflatable head 8 and the handle 10 . During use, the bladder pressure probe is installed on the probe handle 9, the inflatable head 8 of the probe inserter is inserted into the inflation pipe 5 of the inflatable head 4 of the balloon 1, the valve 6 of the inflatable head 4 is opened, and the probe inser...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a bladder pressure probe. The bladder pressure probe of the invention consists of a balloon and a pressure sensor, wherein the balloon consists of a body and an inflatable head, the inflatable head is internally provided with an inflatable pipeline and a valve; the pressure sensor can constantly measure the pressure of the bladder and send a pressure signal out of body in real time; a pressure sensing surface of the pressure sensor is positioned outside the balloon and the other part of the pressure sensor is positioned inside the balloon; the bladder pressure probe before inflation can be implanted into the bladder through urethra, the inflated bladder pressure probe cannot be discharged out of body along with urine owing to the swelling of the balloon and floats at the upper layer of the urine in the bladder, thereby avoiding that the probe applies continuous stimulation to trigone of the bladder and blocks off the inner opening of urethra during urination. The bladder pressure probe is simple in structure and convenient for use, can constantly and accurately monitor the pressure of the bladder in real time for a long time, and is suitable for urodynamic examination and patients with a loss of urination desire.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a bladder pressure probe. Background technique [0002] Bladder pressure measurement is an important examination of vesicourethral dysfunction, which is of great significance to the diagnosis and treatment of vesicourethral dysfunction. So far, bladder pressure has been measured mainly by inserting a manometric tube through the urethra and connecting it to an external pressure measuring device. This measurement method cannot measure the bladder pressure in the patient's physiological state, nor can it be used for long-term continuous monitoring of bladder pressure. Continuous, accurate, and real-time monitoring of bladder pressure in patients' physiological states is not only of great significance for the diagnosis of vesicourethral dysfunction, but also of great significance for patients with anorexia of urination. Due to lack of urge to urinate, patients do not kn...
