Abstract

The invention relates to an industrial scale removal method, which comprises the following steps of: preparing 12.0 to 60.0 percent sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, wherein the volume of the sodium hydrogen carbonate solution is equal to 5.0 to 10.0 percent of the volume of a scale removed container; pouring the 12.0 to 60.0 percent sodium hydrogen carbonate solution into the scale removed utensil, fully filling the container with water, stirring the solution for at least 1 minute, heating the solution to the temperature of between 78 and 90 DEG C for the first time, and maintaining the temperature range for over 5 minutes; discharging the solution in the scale removed utensil, and cleaning the container by using clean water; adding anti-scale water into the scale removed utensil, heating the solution to the temperature of between 60 and 85 DEG C for the second time, and maintaining the temperature range for over 10 minutes; and cleaning the scale removed utensil by using the cleanwater.
