An extraction method comprises the following steps of: firstly, cleaning fresh mongollian thyme herbs, drying in the shade and then crushing; secondly, weighing mongollian thyme herb powder, adding 8-12 times of de-ionized water in weight and decocting for three times in two hours each time; and finally, combining the decocted liquid and decolorizing to obtain the aqueous mongollian thyme herb extract. The active components in the antidandruff shampoo composite are from natural plant essences, have no toxic and side effects and little irritation to skin and are safe to use; and various kinds of dermatophytes can be killed and inhabited, and dandruff caused by various kinds of fungi can be effectively eliminated.
