The invention discloses a soil sample collection device which comprises a drill rod and a sampling tube, wherein a drill handle is arranged at the upper end of the drill rod; a drill bit is arranged at the lower end of the drill rod; a drill surface of the drill bit is a helical surface; a concentric positioning device is arranged in the drill rod; the sampling tube is rotatably arranged at the lower end of the concentric positioning device; and the upper end of the concentric positioning device is detachably connected with the drill handle. Compared with the prior art, in the soil sample collection device disclosed by the invention, a detachable sampling tube is arranged in the drill rod, and a drill bit with a helical surface is arranged at the lower end of the drill rod; when in sampling, external soil can be discharged out of the outer part of the drill rod through the helical drill surface, and the drill rod and the sampling tube are separated so that the sampling tube is always kept in a soil sampling hole; to continue drilling, the drill rod is connected with the sampling tube; thus continuous sampling is realized in the case of discontinuous drilling, and the sampling tube is always kept in the hole; and moreover, the soil sample collected in the sampling tube is always the original one, and the volume weight and water content of the soil can be accurately measured.
