The invention discloses a repairing device applied after removal of bacterial plaques on the surface of a material in a cabin of a space
station and an application method, and relates to the technical field of cabin inner surface repairing. The repairing device comprises a
liquid storage bag, a sample
injector and a
brush head, wherein a liquid outlet of the
liquid storage bag is communicated with an inlet of the sample
injector; and the
brush head is arranged at the front end of the sample
injector. The equipment is small and light, is simple to operate, is matched with a water-based antibacterial and
mildew-proof agent, and can be used for repairing after removal of the bacterial plaques on the surface of the material in the cabin under microgravity. Negative-pressure automatic liquid supply is realized according to the following manner: a movable
handle is pressed / loosened, and the water-based antibacterial and
mildew-proof agent is automatically injected by utilizing the pressure change in a
volumetric flask. The adjustability of the sample injection amount is realized according to the following manner: the
brush head is selected according to the required
coating area and the required position of the surface of the material in the cabin of the space
station, the required sample injection amount is determined, the movable
handle is pressed to enable an adjusting gear to be matched with a positioning sleeve, and the sample injection amount can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting gear. The suck-back prevention function is realized according to the following manner: the design of one-way valves is adopted, only one of the two one-way valves is opened at the same time, liquid can only move in the single direction, and liquid
backflow can be prevented.
