The method includes the steps: firstly, computing the size of interested windows according to interactive choices of users and by designing perception window models; then detecting long shots, fusing various factors of human eyes to view videos into each frame of image in each long shot by adopting a knowledge-based fuzzy reasoning decision-making system, automatically identifying interested areas and cutting the interested areas to serve as display content of the display terminal; and finally, performing time-domain smoothing for central points of all the interested areas identified in the long shots, so that consistency and continuity of time domains of the interested areas are guaranteed. Additionally, the video size switching system facing the display terminal is based on the method.
