Abstract

The invention provides a fountain code-based collaboration multicast method. The method comprises the following steps that: 1) a base station sends out encoded symbols formed by encoding a data packet by fountain codes, and finishes sending the data in the round after receiving correctly decoded feedback of all users; 2) after finishing receiving the data, the users under a good channel condition intercept help seeking signals of other users; when receiving the help seeking signals, the users participate in collaboration; and when receiving the correctly received feedback of the users collaborated with the user under the good channel condition, the users stop collaborating; and 3) the users who have not finished receiving the data intercept correctly received feedback signals of remaining users, and judge whether to send a help seeking signal according to the signal intensity of the feedback signals. According to the method, reliable transmission which does not need to be retransmitted is provided by using the fountain codes; and simultaneously system capacity is improved by combining a collaboration mode.
