The nonlinear optical crystal Zn2(VO4)(IO3) disclosed by the invention is prepared by adopting a hydrothermal method. The powder SHG (Second Harmonic Generation) coefficient of the compound Zn2(VO4)(IO3) is six times higher than that of KDP (KH2PO4).
