The network advertising targeted delivery method includes the following steps: (1) an IP address monitoring unit monitors and records the IP addresses of the visitors in real time, and sends the IP addresses of the visitors to an advertising delivery processing center; (2) The advertising delivery processing center analyzes the IP addresses from the IP address monitoring unit, obtains areas in which the visitors are located, and researches advertisements in the areas where the visitors are located in; and (3) and the advertising delivery processing center deliveries the advertisements which are researched in the areas in which the visitors are located in to web pages which the visitors visit on line.
