The method comprises the following steps of receiving an input image; classifying colors of the input image, so as to obtain a color classifying result; extracting textural features of the input image; segmenting the textural features, and outputting a segmenting result; according to the segmenting result, establishing a location model; linearly sampling the location model, until the resolution of the input image is obtained; and combining the color classifying result and the resolution of the input image to generate a skin segmenting result. According to the embodiment of the invention, by adopting one trainable color feature and the multi-size textural features, the false reporting rate of detection is reduced, the processing speed is increased, the loss is reduced, and the effect of enhancing the television image is realized.
