The temperature contrast conversion circuit obtains a first temperature value based on the resistance value of the temperature sensor and sends the first temperature value to the single-chip microcomputer. The single-chip microcomputer adjusts the power adjusting circuit based on the temperature change value, so that the change value of the ambient temperature of the hot-wire resistance adjacent area is between a first threshold value and a second threshold value. The application controls the heat loss of the hot-wire resistance in a very small range, plays a role in improving reliable static detection, and achieves the real-time and accuracy of cloud water content detection.

The power turbulent flow measuring method overcomes the shortcomings that a temperature fluctuation instrument cannot measure power turbulent flow and an ultrasonic wind speed meter platform has poor applicability, and has the advantages of simple operation, applicability to severe environments, and high-altitude turbulent flow measurement by being carried on a sounding balloon.
