Problems solved by technology

[0003] The message traffic is very large, and the smart devices on the SV network switch will receive a large number of irrelevant SV messages, so that the network bandwidth will be seriously wasted, and the smart devices will be severely impacted, especially in the case of mixed SV and GOOSE networking In this case, GOOSE packets will be seriously blocked without priority measures, and the real-time performance cannot be guaranteed, which will endanger the reliability and security of the system.
[0004] At present, there are also some layer 2 multicast services in the access network EPON system in the power system, and there are some multicast flooding phenomena, which affect the communication of normal services
[0005] At present, dynamic multicast technology is used to suppress multicast flooding, but this technology has not been strictly tested, and it will increase the complexity and cost of smart devices and switches, and reduce the reliability of the system
There is also the use of VLAN to suppress multicast flooding, because some switches cannot implement the technology of VLAN intersection, and some engineering sites have strict regulations on the operation of VLAN, this method has certain limitations

Embodiment

[0034] The switch on the process layer is connected to the merging unit, an intelligent terminal, and one for measurement, control, and protection. The connected switch ports are fe0, fe1, fe2, and fe3. The goose message sent by the terminal needs to be sent to the protection device. The sampling value message is a multicast message, and the destination address is 01-0C-CD-04-00-00. In order to prevent the sampling value message from being flooded on the switch, a multicast group is created on the switch with the address 01- 0C-CD-04-00-00, containing ports fe0, fe2, and fe3. The Goose message is also a multicast message, and the destination address is 01-0C-CD-01-00-d9. In order to prevent the goose message from being flooded on the switch, a multicast group is created on the switch with the address 01-0C- CD-01-00-d9, including ports fe1, and fe3. Save after the configuration is complete. The above configuration can suppress the flooding of the above two types of multicas...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for restraining multicast flooding in an intelligent substation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) an intelligent device connected to a switch in a station level of the substation is determined; (2) the type of a service message of the intelligent device is determined; (3) a port which is needed for forwarding the message is determined; (4) a multicast group is created on the switch. According to the method, a static multicast creating method is adopted; due to the fact that the message forwarding port is determined in the switch, multicast flooding in the intelligent substation, particularly in a process level network can be effectively restrained, the network utilization rate is increased, and the real-time performance of service is ensured. Compared with a dynamic multicast technology, the static multicast method can lower the complexity and cost of the intelligent device and the switch and improve the reliability of a system. The multicast flooding is restrained by means of partitioning a VLAN, so that configuration is easy to operate and quite convenient to realize. The static multicast method can effectively overcome the limitation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to an electric power communication system, and in particular relates to a method for suppressing multicast flooding in an intelligent substation. Background technique [0002] The smart substation adopts the concept of substation automation system information layering proposed by IEC61850, and divides the substation into three levels: station control layer, interval layer, and process layer. Among them, the process layer mainly includes two kinds of messages, GOOSE and SV. The data information transmitted by the GOOSE message mainly includes the blocking signal between the bay layer, the position signal, the status signal and the control signal between the bay layer and the process layer, which require high real-time performance and reliability. The information transmitted by the sampling message is the sampling data from the process layer to the interval layer. This type of message requires high real-time performance. Currently,...
