The method for extracting living tobacco leaf aroma substances comprises the following steps: putting an adsorbing material at a moisture discharge port and a gas discharge port of the tobacco curing room to adsorb volatile matters volatilized from tobacco leaves in the curing process, wherein the volatile matters are contents volatilized in the tobacco leaf tentacle and blade cell wall rupture process; collecting for 5-10 hours, and immersing the adsorbing material in dichloromethane for 4-8 hours to obtain raw liquor; and further extracting the raw liquor to obtain a liquid aroma substance.
