When the selenium drum is recovered, the selenium drum is crushed at first, the whole shell of the selenium drum is crushed in a length direction of the selenium drum for ensuring that a metal bar in the selenium drum falls off integrally, the fallen metal bar is integrally recovered, and other component materials of the selenium drum are recovered.
