Problems solved by technology

The growth cycle of bag-grown Ganoderma lucidum is short, but the mycelial transformation is fast and the biotransformation rate is low. At the same time, the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum generally have physiological defects such as long stalks, small caps, and low nutritional components.

Embodiment Construction

[0052] Below in conjunction with embodiment the method of the present invention is further described.

[0053] A kind of cultivation method of ganoderma lucidum, the specific implementation method is as follows:

[0054] 1. Formulate the plan for the production of mushroom tubes and the cultivation season of the tubes.

[0055] (1) It is arranged to start cutting and inoculation from October to November every year, and cultivate the bacteria tube after inoculation until February of the next year;

[0056] (2) Arrange to cover the fungus tube with soil in March of the following year.

[0057] 2. Build a cultivation site.

[0058] (1) Selection of cultivation site: Choose a sparse forest land or field with leeward facing sun, southeast, northwest, loose and fertile soil, convenient water source and good drainage to build a cultivation shed;

[0059] (2) Build a cultivation shed: use wooden piles with a column height of 2.5 meters, bury them in the soil for 0.5 meters, and bui...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of novel cultivation techniques of edible fungi, in particular to a cultivation method of large Ganoderma lucidum. The method includes the steps of using broad-leaved wood 6-30cm in diameter as raw material in October to November each year, sawing the wood into short segments, chopping the short segments into irregular wood blocks (sheets), bagging, inoculating, and cultivating fungus cylinders; performing earthing cultivation on the fungus cylinders in a light environment which can be 70% shady and 30% shinny in March of the next year; setting 15 fungus cylinders in a group during cultivation, and cultivating one mushroom of large Ganoderma lucidum with cap diameter up to 80-120cm by all mycelia and nutrients in the 15 fungus cylinders; after the first mushroom of large Ganoderma lucidum is picked, cultivating a second mushroom of large Ganoderma lucidum with the cap diameter up to 40-60cm in the same management way as the first mushroom of large Ganoderma lucidum. Through the application of the method, fruiting bodies of the cultivated large Ganoderma lucidum are large and magnificent with high quality and benefits produced are extraordinarily significant.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new technology field of edible fungus cultivation, in particular to a method for cultivating ganoderma lucidum. technical background [0002] Ganoderma lucidum is a treasure in the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine in the motherland, and is known as the "immortal grass". Ancient and modern pharmacological and clinical studies have proved that Ganoderma lucidum does have the effect of preventing and curing diseases, and prolonging life. The "Shen Nong's Materia Medica" in the Eastern Han Dynasty and the "Compendium of Materia Medica" by Li Shizhen, a famous medical scientist in the Ming Dynasty, all have detailed and extremely positive records on the efficacy of Ganoderma lucidum. Modern pharmacology and clinical practice have further confirmed the pharmacological effects of Ganoderma lucidum, and confirmed that Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide is the main component of Ganoderma lucidum to strengthen the body, no...
