Abstract

The invention discloses a novel soft capsule oily liquid accessory (oily substance) capable of improving sleep, namely rice bran oil. The soft capsule is a dosage form which is prepared by dissolving or uniformly mixing medicinal materials, such as chemical medicines, traditional Chinese medicine extract and the like, in a liquid accessory, and sealing the materials in a gelatin shell material. Vegetable oil is widely used as oily liquid accessory to prepare contents of the soft capsule. But 'Application of rice bran oil as oily liquid accessory of soft capsule for improving sleep' has not been showed yet. The rice bran oil, which contains more than 80% of unsaturated fatty acid, has relatively high nutritive value. Gamma-oryzanol, natural vitamin B and natural vitamin E in the rice bran oil are unique compounds in rice bran for assisting in improving sleep; and for characteristics of the rice bran oil which has high nutritive value, good stability, moderate relative density, high absorptivity and activity of assisting in improving sleep, the invention adopts the rice bran oil as an oily liquid accessory of a soft capsule for improving sleep, which can enhance medicinal effect of the soft capsule in improving sleep.
