Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0022]As shown in the figure, the present invention includes two core parts, the stator and the rotor. The basic material, structure and manufacturing method are the same as those of the ordinary 2200-watt 6-pole three-phase asynchronous motor. The difference is that the stator outer diameter 11 of the stator core 3 is made 19.0cm, the stator inner diameter 12 is made 12.4cm, the length of the stator core 3 is made 12.00cm; the stator punch heat sink 5 is added to the stator punch 1, and the stator punch groove 6 and the stator buckle groove 4 combined to form a stamping structure; the number of stator stamping slots 6 is made into 36 and evenly distributed in a ring shape, and the slot shape is made into a round-bottomed slot with inclined shoulders, and the slot width 61 is made into 3.00mm , the slot height 62 is made into 0.80mm, the depth of the upper part of the slot is 63 to 1...

Abstract

Provided is an ultrahigh energy efficiency 2200W six-pole three-phase asynchronous motor which comprises a stator and a rotor. Design of external diameters, internal diameters, length of iron cores, number of punching sheet grooves and shape and size of the grooves of the stator and the rotor is systematically optimized so that stator winding loss, rotor winding loss and iron core loss are substantially reduced. Compared with existing similar products, total energy loss amount is reduced from 455.2W to 333.5W, and reduction is 26.7% under the premise of the same output power of 2200W. The required input power is reduced from original 2.655kW to 2.533kW, energy conversion efficiency is increased from 82.9% to 86.8%, and increment is 3.9%. Compared with standard of 85.9% which is specified in the latest national standard "GB18613-2012" and enforced in September, 2016, energy conversion efficiency surpasses for 0.9% so that energy conversion efficiency is substantially enhanced. Application and popularization of the ultrahigh energy efficiency 2200W six-pole three-phase asynchronous motor provide powerful support for national energy conservation and emission reduction work.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a motor, in particular to a 2200-watt 6-pole three-phase asynchronous motor with ultra-high energy efficiency. Background technique [0002] Energy conservation and emission reduction is an unavoidable topic in today's world, affecting the living environment of human beings and the development of the world economy. As the key industrial field of energy saving and emission reduction. Among them, the energy-saving potential of the motor system is huge, and the electricity consumption accounts for about 60% of the country's electricity consumption, which has attracted the attention of all parties. The motor has a history of nearly 200 years since its inception, and the three-phase asynchronous motor has a history of more than 100 years. At present, it is widely used in various industries such as industry, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and various fields of life. The necessary equipment in industrial production and peo...
