Abstract

The invention discloses a process for producing one-component PUD (Polyurethane Dispersion) glue. The process comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, adding modified PUD, adding knot brushing resistant auxiliaries and modified carbodiimide during stirring, and stirring and mixing for 15 minutes; (2) after the mixture is uniformly stirred, adding a proper amount of thickener, and continuing to stir until the viscosity required by a product is reached; (3) inspecting and warehousing. The process has the advantages that the working procedure of glue mixing is avoided before the use of the PUD glue, and the PUD glue is directly brushed or sprayed, so that the production operation is simplified, the sustainable use time of the glue is prolonged, and the cohesion is good.
