Embodiment 1

[0050] (a) Weigh 2.0204 g of the sample linear diode plastic part with an electronic balance and cut it into particles with a mass of ≤0.2 g per piece, pour the sample into filter paper, wrap it with filter paper and put it into a Soxhlet extractor;

[0051] (b) Measure 80 ml of toluene with a graduated cylinder and pour it into a Soxhlet extractor. The Soxhlet extraction parameters are set as follows: temperature 450° C., reflux 6-8 times per hour, and heat to reflux for 19 hours;

[0052] After the conditions are set, turn on the condensed water to start extraction, and the condensed water must be turned on all the way.

[0053] (c) After the extraction of the solution is completed, put it into a nitrogen blower to concentrate, and concentrate to about 2-3ml. Put the concentrated extraction solution into a 10ml volumetric flask, and dilute to the 10ml mark with toluene.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in plastic parts of electronic components. The method comprises the following steps: (a) processing a sample into particles, wherein the mass of each piece is less than or equal to 0.2g; (b) putting the sample processed in the step (1) into methylbenzene and carrying out Soxhlet extraction, wherein the ratio of the sample to the methylbenzene is 1:(30-50)g / mL; (c) after the extraction is completed, concentrating the solution and adding the methylbenzene to the constant volume, wherein the ratio of the volume of the concentrated solution to the mass of the sample is (0.5-2):1mL / g and the ratio of the dissolved solution to the mass of the sample is (2-10):1mL / g; (d) carrying out GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer) analysis on the solution which reaches the constant volume in the step (c) and setting specific chromatographic conditions. The analysis method provided by the invention is good in accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting PBDEs, in particular to a method for detecting PBDEs in plastic parts of electronic components. Background technique [0002] Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (Poly Brominated Diphenyl Ethers, referred to as PBDEs), there are 209 kinds of homologues such as tetrabromodiphenyl ether, pentabromine, hexabromine, octabromine and decabromine. Its commercial polybrominated diphenyl ethers are a group of diphenyl ether mixtures with different numbers of bromine atoms, so they are collectively called polybrominated diphenyl ethers. Due to its excellent flame retardant properties, the largest use of PBDEs is as a flame retardant, which is added to composite materials during the product manufacturing process to improve the fire resistance of the product. Because polybrominated diphenyl ethers can release free radicals at high temperatures and block combustion reactions, they are used in a wide range of applications,...
