In the testing process of the OLED panel, the red channel lowest distinguishable gray scale, the red channel starting transformation gray scale, the green channel lowest distinguishable gray scale, the green channel starting transformation gray scale, the blue channel lowest distinguishable gray scale and the blue channel starting transformation gray scale are acquired and stored into an LED drive circuit; the LED drive circuit is used for detecting the voltages corresponding to the luminance, nonlinear gray scale compression transformation is conducted on display data according to a gray scale transformation equation provided in the method, the display data of an input image are compensated in real time, and the gray scale loss phenomenon caused by luminance variation is calibrated.
