Multiple second connecting lines with the second resistivity are arranged on the second surface, opposite to the first surface, of the substrate. At least a part of the fan-out lines are formed by connecting the first connecting lines and the second connecting lines. According to the wiring board, due to the facts that at least a part of the fan-out lines are formed by connecting the first connecting lines and the second connecting lines and the first connecting lines and the second connecting lines are located on the different surfaces of the substrate and are different in resistivity, and then the resistance of the fan-out lines can be controlled.
