The method includes: capturing audio MP3 data packets transmitted from a network, acquiring MP3 data frames, storing in caches according to position information, setting a cache for each session, and starting audio decoding when consecutive data packets reach an appointed size; adopting an FFmpeg technique for decoding of data blocks, modifying corresponding contexts during decoding, and enabling FFmpeg to continue decoding by means of disguising. An independent printed circuit board with a plurality of acceleration units is adopted for decoding, the acceleration units are implemented by means of the FFmpeg technique, and accordingly parallel decoding can be realized; no matter in which sequence the network audio MP3 streams are received, the audio streams can be spliced and decoded to the maximum extend by taking the audio frames of a fixed quantity as a unit according to the segmented decoding method which is supportive to parallel decoding of various data streams; by adoption of the segmented decoding method, available frame count receiving rate and decoding rate of the audio streams are increased.
