Embodiment Construction

[0032] Such as figure 1 As shown, the steps of the method for evaluating the efficiency of the oil-immersed power transformer radiator in this embodiment include:

[0033] 1) Calculate the average load loss of the transformer to be evaluated in the specified time period In this embodiment, the time period from time 0 to time r is used as the designated time period.

[0034] 2) The average load loss Add the nameplate no-load loss p of the transformer to be evaluated 0 , to get the average total loss power of the transformer to be evaluated in the specified time period (which is );

[0035] 3) Calculate the average residual power of the transformer to be evaluated in the specified time period

[0036] 4) Assuming the radiator efficiency η of the transformer to be evaluated, calculate the average cooling power of the radiator of the transformer to be evaluated in a specified time period according to the assumed radiator efficiency η

Abstract

The invention discloses an estimation method for radiator efficiency of an oil-immersed power transformer. The estimation method comprises the following steps: calculating average load loss of a to-be-estimated transformer in a specified period of time and adding nameplate no-load loss to the average load loss to obtain average total loss power; calculating average after-power of the to-be-estimated transformer in the specified period of time; supposing the radiator efficiency of the to-be-estimated transformer, calculating average radiating power of a radiator of the to-be-estimated transformer in the specified period of time; subtracting the average after-power from the average total loss power and dividing by the average radiating power to reversely calculate the radiator efficiency of the to-be-estimated transformer according to the energy consumption balance relationship that the difference of the average total loss power and the average radiating power is equal to the average after-power. According to the estimation method, the calculation of the radiator efficiency can be realized to master the loading capacity of the transformer so as to solve the problem of insufficient radiator efficiency of the transformer; the estimation method adapts to the transformer provided with the radiator, and can also provide a basis for calculating the temperature rise of top oil of the transformer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an efficiency optimization technology of an oil-immersed power transformer, in particular to an evaluation method for the efficiency of a radiator of an oil-immersed power transformer. Background technique [0002] The transformer manufacturer uses the factory calculation method to calculate the loss, oil temperature rise, and winding temperature rise of the oil-immersed power transformer. According to the calculation results, a cooling system with a certain capacity is configured to meet the cooling needs of the oil-immersed power transformer. However, after the oil-immersed power transformer in the power grid has been in operation for a period of time, due to the influence of pollution and dust, the efficiency of the cooling system will inevitably decrease. If it is not cleaned or repaired in time, the oil-immersed transformer may The temperature rise of the top oil of the type power transformer exceeds the allowable value, w...
