The invention discloses an optimization method for a low-pressure axial fan impeller blade. A low-pressure axial fan is widely applied, but the problems of low total pressure, large air volume and low impeller efficiency exist. According to the optimization method, the blade of a to-be-optimized impeller model is divided into n sections in the radial direction of the impeller, and the chord length bi, the outlet geometric angle beta 2A (i) and an inlet airflow angle beta1 (i) of the n sections are obtained. A sketch is drawn and comprises a first line segment, a second line segment, a third line segment, a fourth line segment, a fifth line segment, a sixth line segment, a first circular arc, a second circular arc, a seventh line segment and an eighth line segment. The first circular arc and the second circular arc form a novel line. According to the novel line, n new sections are obtained, and the optimized impeller model is obtained according to the n new sections. According to the optimization method, the performance of the low-pressure axial fan can be optimized only by knowing the chord length, the inlet airflow angle and the outlet geometric angle of the sections of the to-be-optimized blade, design time is shortened greatly, and cost is reduced greatly.
