The light source is used for emitting a monochromatic light beam to the light splitting module, the light splitting module is used for splitting the monochromatic light beam into two light beams in known light intensity proportion, the light beams perpendicularly irradiate a detecting area of the transparent measuring trough and are intersected within the detecting area, and the photoelectric detectors are arranged on extension lines of the light beams in the incidence direction and on the other side of the transparent measuring trough. The water turbidity measuring device, system and method provides a single-light source and bi-light-path turbidity measuring scheme, diffused light and transmission light can be measured at the same time, measuring error caused by instability of the light source is effectively reduced, and after long-term use of the water turbidity measuring device, performance is kept stable, a blind zone is reduced and measuring span is enlarged.
