The LDPE high-foamed composite aluminized film comprises an aluminized film, wherein a sheet material layer which is formed by LDPE through high foaming is laminated above the aluminized film, and a PE (Polyethylene) binding layer is arranged between the aluminized film and the sheet material layer; the sheet material layer is prepared from the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 95% of LDPE, 3.5% of nucleating agent, 1.39% of foaming agent, 0.1% of anti-shrinking agent and 0.01% of auxiliary aids.
