The modified polysiloxane corrosion inhibitor composition contains hydrogen polydimethylsiloxane, a 2-vinyl indole derivative, a platinum catalyst and a solvent. The modified polysiloxane corrosion inhibitor composition is prepared in such a way that the hydrogen polydimethylsiloxane and the 2-vinyl indole derivative react as basic raw materials at a certain temperature in the presence of the catalyst. Compared with the prior art, the modified polysiloxane corrosion inhibitor composition has higher applicable temperature and higher adsorption film forming stability; a film formed by the modified polysiloxane corrosion inhibitor composition has better hydrophobicity and insulativity and a better protective effect; and the modified polysiloxane corrosion inhibitor composition is low in usage amount and high in continuous corrosion resistance and is a novel efficient metal surface corrosion inhibitor.
