The invention discloses an organic compound fertilizer. The fertilizer is prepared from following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 of livestock manure, 10-14 of bone meal, 20-25 of gangue, 9-12 of oyster shell powder, 15-18 of coal slime, 20-22 of coal ash, 10-12 of urea, 15-18 of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 20-24 of potassium chloride, 3-5 of zinc sulfate, 2-3 of ammonium molybdate, 9-12 of ammonium nitrate, 6-9 of ammonium bicarbonate, 3-5 of borax and 9-12 of a soil conditioner. The oyster shell powder contains a large amount of calcium carbonate, and essential trace elements comprising copper, magnesium, potassium, molybdenum, phosphor, manganese, iron, zinc, and the like for animals. The pearl powder layer of the oyster shell contains a plurality of amino acid components. The oyster shell powder can provide rich nutrients for the fertilizer. The coal ash is one of the industrial residues with large discharge amount at present in China. The coal ash is in a porous honeycomb structure and has large specific surface area, high absorptivity and strong water absorptivity.
