The application comprises the following steps: manufacturing a flexible foamed plastic precast block with ultra-low temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive; manufacturing a pipeline with ultra-low temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive; and bonding and pressing the flexible foamed plastic precast block on the corresponding position of the pipeline. The pipeline flexible foamed plastic bonding method and pipeline disclosed by the invention can meet requirements of the new generation of bonding flexible foamed plastic for carrying low-temperature rocket pipelines on site operation, being ready to use since being packaged, construction of foamed plastic bonding at minus 20-50 DEG C and ultra-low temperature resistance.
