The present invention discloses a polymer composite function fibers containing partial graphene, and a preparation method thereof. The fibers comprise a component A and a component B, wherein the component A and the component B are combined in a partial exposing manner, side-by-side manner or skin-core manner, and 20-100% of the outer area of each fiber is the component B.
