Embodiment Construction

[0040] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail by citing the following embodiments and referring to the accompanying drawings.

[0041] The present invention takes the spectral data measured by AVRIS as an example, and hyperspectral images (see figure 2 ) for matching analysis. In this embodiment, there are 224 hyperspectral acquisition bands, and 207 bands remain after removing the water absorption area. Five materials are used: Buddingtonite (B for short), Calcite (C for short), Kaolinite (K for short), Silica (S for short) and Varnished tuff (T for short) The average spectrum of (see Figure 4 ) to test the effectiveness of the inventive spectral similarity measurement method, the specific distribution of the five substances on the hyperspectral image is as follows image 3 shown.

Abstract

The invention relates to a spectrum matching method, and is suitable for the field of all kinds of spectral analyses. The spectrum matching method comprises the fields of infrared / near infrared spectrum analyses, hyperspectral remote sensing, micro-imaging spectral analyses and the like and the steps that firstly a tested matter spectrum is obtained, and then the tested matter spectrum is matched with a known matter spectrum of a matter materiel spectral library. The specific steps comprise that firstly a feature-enhanced factor matrix is obtained, therefore a spectral feature-enhanced space is obtained, then spectral data are projected to the feature-enhanced space, and feature-enhanced spectrum matching is conducted. The feature-enhanced space is obtained by using a principal component analysis and space projection, substantial features of the spectrum is highlighted, noise is suppressed, the accuracy and adaptability of the spectrum matching are improved, and therefore high-accuracy recognition of matter kinds is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of spectral analysis, in particular to a spectral matching method for discriminating material types, which is applicable to various spectral analysis fields, including infrared / near-infrared spectral analysis, hyperspectral remote sensing, microscopic imaging spectral analysis, and the like. Background technique [0002] Spectral matching is a method used to distinguish the type and belonging of substances, and is applicable to various spectral analysis fields, such as infrared / near-infrared spectral analysis, hyperspectral remote sensing, microscopic imaging spectral analysis, etc. The identification of the substance type is realized by comparing the spectral curve similarity between the measured substance spectrum and the known substance spectrum in the material spectral library. [0003] Spectral matching is widely used in hyperspectral remote sensing. Hyperspectral remote sensing has a large num...
