Abstract

The invention discloses a calculation method for calculating the available capacity of a wind power plant, and belongs to the field of electric power system planning and design. The calculation method mainly comprises the following steps: selecting sample data and performing data preprocessing; carrying out statistical calculation on the active power output probability of each power output segment within a certain time scale; fitting a continuous function curve of each function model based on various function models with a maximum likelihood estimation or least square fitting method; and evaluating the goodness of fit of the fitted curves with a goodness of fit evaluation index, selecting an optimal fitting model, and performing generalization performance examination. As proved by a result, a model established by the method has high generalization performance, and the calculated available capacity curve accuracy of the wind power plant is high.
