The invention discloses a method used for simultaneous extraction of radix isatidis polypeptides and polysaccharides. The method comprises following steps: radix isatidis is smashed, and is immersed in ethyl acetate, an obtained solution is filtered, and an obtained filter cake is washed with distilled water for 3 to 5 times, and is dried; the filter cake is immersed in distilled water for 1 to 2h, and is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 10 to 80s; an obtained mixed solution is heated to 60 to 90 DEG C, is stirred for 1 to 3h at a stirring speed of 120 to 300rpm, and is filtered, and a filtrate is collected; an obtained filter cake is immersed in distilled water for 1 to 2h, is heated, and is subjected to acid alkali adjustment respectively, an obtained mixture is stirred for 1 to 3h at a stirring speed of 120 to 300rpm, and is filtered, and a filtrate is collected; the filtrates obtained via the above steps are mixed, and an obtained mixed material is delivered into an evaporating dish for evaporation and concentration, ethyl alcohol is added, an obtained product is allowed to stand for 12 to 24h, and is subjected to centrifugation, a supernatant is discarded, an obtained precipitate is collected, and is subjected to vacuum drying so as to obtain a polypeptide and polysaccharide mixture.
