Abstract

The invention relates to an online performance and durability monitoring system for a pulsator of a milking machine. The online performance and durability monitoring system is especially suitable for online performance and durability monitoring of the pulsator of the milking machine under experimental and production conditions. During monitoring, analog quantity signals outputted by each high-frequency-response vacuum sensor connected into a pulsation pipeline are acquired in real time by an AD (analog-to-digital) acquisition board, and monitoring of 15 vacuum pulsation signals can be realized maximally at the same time by the system. A computer reads digital quantity signals converted by the AD acquisition board through a USB (universal serial bus) signal amplification extension cord and performs analysis, calculation and storage to automatically complete various tests of the pulsator of the milking machine. A transmission distance of the USB signal amplification extension cord is longer than 10m, so that testing personnel can avoid a noisy operating environment of the milking machine as far as possible.
