Embodiment Construction

[0056] The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, so as to define the protection scope of the present invention more clearly.

[0057] Referring to the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the present invention include:

[0058]The present invention discloses an objective assessment model of suicide risk for depression patients based on functional nuclear magnetic resonance. First, the functional connectivity matrix of all samples is extracted as a feature, and then two groups of extreme samples that are easy to judge are found to distinguish the group of depression patients without suicidal tendency. and the characteristic subsets of the group of patients with severe suicidal depression, the model constructed by modeling samples under the above characteristic subsets can...

Abstract

The invention discloses a depression patient suicide risk objective assessment model based on functional nuclear magnetic resonance. The model works in the following steps of (1) building an evaluation model including (a) calculating full-brain function connection matrix, (b) constructing a feature set and (c) clustering, (2) verifying result stability, (3) conducting polynomial curve fitting, and (4) evaluating individuals via the model. The depression patient suicide risk objective assessment model based on functional nuclear magnetic resonance is advantageous in that (1) the model is driven by pure data; patient suicide tendency is screened totally according to a model research of a depression patient brain zone signal; without artificial judgment participation, errors due to subjective factors can be avoided; (2) individuals hard to be evaluated can be objectively evaluated according to extreme conditions easy to be judged by experts and without prior knowledge; and (3) by the use of the depression patient suicide risk objective assessment model based on functional nuclear magnetic resonance, suicide tendency of the depression patient can be determined and suicide tendency degree of the patient can be achieved according to model research results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of suicide risk assessment models, in particular to an objective suicide risk assessment model for depression patients based on functional nuclear magnetic resonance. Background technique [0002] At present, the clinical diagnosis of suicidal tendency in depression is based on suicide-related factors in scales such as the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), through physician assessment and patient self-assessment. This method is highly subjective and has extremely high requirements for the clinician's inquiry experience. These factors will make it difficult to objectively reflect the true suicidal tendencies of patients. [0003] The functional magnetic resonance imaging of the patient's brain can reflect the condition of the patient's brain and play an important role in the exploration and research of the pathological mechanisms of various mental diseases. However, in p...
