Problems solved by technology

In liquid chromatography, piperazine has no luminescent groups and cannot be directly detected by ultraviolet detectors or fluorescence detectors. Therefore, piperazine is often derivatized with specific groups through pre-column derivatization to make detection possible.
So far, the research of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) for the detection of piperazine residues in animal tissues by a relatively simple acetic anhydride pre-column derivatization method has not been reported at home and abroad.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of detection of veterinary drug residues, in particular to a confirmatory analysis method for efficiently detecting piperazine residues in poultry and pig tissues (muscle, liver, kidney and sebum). In this method, tissue samples are extracted, purified and derivatized by accelerated solvent extraction, and then detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC / MS-MS). Compared with other detection methods in terms of recovery rate, precision and sensitivity, the present invention has the advantages of simplicity, speed, accuracy and sensitivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of detection of veterinary drug residues, in particular to a confirmatory analysis method for detection of piperazine residues in poultry and pig tissues. Background technique [0002] Although there are many reports on piperazine residue detection methods at home and abroad, there are mainly gravimetric methods, colorimetry, non-aqueous titration, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and (ultra) high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method, etc., but gravimetric method, colorimetric method and non-aqueous titration method are not suitable for the detection of piperazine in biological samples, and the sensitivity is low. In liquid chromatography, piperazine has no luminescent groups and cannot be directly detected by ultraviolet detectors or fluorescence detectors. Therefore, piperazine is often derivatized with specific groups through pre-column derivatization, thereby ...
