Abstract

The invention discloses an insulating pull rod protection tool, and the tool comprises an insertion sleeve which can be detachably inserted into a hole of a cast iron seat during use. The insertion sleeve is of a split structure comprising at least two parts, and is provided with an installation hole for the axial installation of an insulating pull rod, wherein the wall of the installation hole is made of a soft material with certain elasticity. When the tool is in use, the insertion sleeve is inserted in the hole of the cast iron seat before the insulating pull rod is assembled, and then the insulating pull rod passes through the installation hole of the insertion sleeve axially during the assembling of the insulating pull rod. The insulating pull rod cannot contact with the wall of the hole of the cast iron seat, and the wall of the installation hole is made of the soft material with certain elasticity, thereby protecting the surface of the insulating pull rod from being scraped.
