Abstract

The system comprises a login access component, a user function component, and a data processing component. The login access component is connected with the user function component via a network, and is used for limiting the permissions of six types of users, including mobile phone manufacturers, mobile phone distributors, recycling processors, customers, telecom operators and regulators, in the user function component. The user function component is directly connected with the data processing component, and is used for different users to access mobile phones' IMEIs, corresponding real-time flow information and information processing results in the data processing component. The data processing component is used for storing and making a statistical analysis of the input information. Traceability flow management of mobile phones in the whole life cycle from leaving the factory to scrapping is conducted based on the unique IMEI, and thus, detailed reference information is provided for mobile phone sales logistics management, and an effective way of management is provided for getting back lost mobile phones and recycling waste mobile phones.
