Provided are a method and device used for classifying and selecting waste
mobile phone materials. The technical aim of recycling
processing of waste mobile phones bad for the environment or having corrosiveness is mainly achieved. According to the technical scheme, the method is characterized in that after the mobile phones are preprocessed, the method comprises the several following steps of (1) matching recognition, specifically, objects entering the procedure are subjected to matching recognition through a
database and are measured and weighed through a
gravity sensing device, if the objects are recognized as mobile phones, the types and values of the mobile phones are analyzed; and if not, the next step of operation is refused; (2) crushing of the mobile phones, specifically, the whole mobile phones are
cut into small block substances through a crushing device; (3)
grinding of the mobile phones, specifically, the small
cut block substances are ground into powdery substances through a
grinding device; and (4) purification of
powder, specifically, the powdery substances are graded and classified to be collected through a grading device. The method and device used for classifying and selecting waste
mobile phone materials are mainly applied to crushing and purification of the waste mobile phones and classified
recovery of various materials, increase the
resource utilization rate, and have the great practical value.
