nickel and
copper from leaching residue of a
copper nickel sulfide ore dressing concentrate, and belongs to the technical field of
nickel copper sulfide ore
metallurgy, and comprises the following steps: S1, heating and stirring; S2, adding water and stirring; S3, adding chemicals and stirring; S4, flotation; and S5, concentration and
filtration. The method adopts segmented stirring, one segment adopts high-concentration heating and stirring, and the second segment adopts new water
dilution and stirring, so that the stirring time is prolonged and the stirring is strengthened, the
dissolution of water-soluble nickel and copper compounds is promoted, the nickel and copper enter water, and the nickel and copper in water return to the leaching process with the filtering backwater, so that the
recovery is realized, the residue amount of the leaching residue is effectively reduced, and the nickel and copper content in the
tailings is reduced. Because the leaching residue
slurry is acidic, the commonly used
xanthate and black
medicine type flotation collectors are easy to decompose and lose effectiveness under the condition of an acidic medium, the acid-resistant collector and the
foaming agent are used, the nickel and copper sulfides can be floated in the low-pH
slurry system, and the nickel and copper content in the
tailings is reduced. When the
tailings are filtered, the
colloid material is less, the filtering process is accelerated, and the turnover rate of the
filter press is improved.
