Embodiment Construction

[0009] Embodiment 1 of the assist breathing device of the present invention: as figure 1 As shown, the abdominal belt 1 is included, and the two ends of the abdominal belt 1 are provided with a Velcro 10. When the abdominal belt 1 is around the patient's abdomen, the two ends of the Velcro 10 can ensure that the abdominal belt is close to the abdomen of the human body and will not fall off. The inner side of the abdominal belt 1 is provided with an air bag 2 and a pressure sensor 6 covering the diaphragm of the human body when the abdominal belt 1 is bound on the human abdomen. The pressure sensor 6 is closely attached to the human abdomen and can detect pressure changes in the abdomen during breathing. The power-assisted breathing device also includes a control unit 4, the control unit 4 includes a controller and an air pump, the pressure sensor 6 is connected to the controller for control, the air bag 2 is connected to the air pump through an air circuit connection, the air p...

Abstract

The present invention provides an auxiliary breathing apparatus including a balloon for covering a diaphragm portion of a human body and a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the abdomen during a breathing process, wherein the pressure sensor is connected to a controller, the balloon is connected to an air pump by an air channel and the air pump is used for inflating or deflating the balloon; and the air pump is connected with the controller. The auxiliary breathing apparatus can detect the abdominal pressure of a patient through the pressure sensor. When the patient exhales, the abdominal pressure reduces, the pressure sensor transmits a pressure signal to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to inflate the balloon, and the abdominal pressure is increased to promote the upward movement of the diaphragm ; and when the patient inhales, the abdominal pressure increases, the pressure sensor transmits a pressure signal to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to deflate the balloon, the abdominal pressure is reduced to promote the downward movement of the diaphragm. Therefore, in the process that the upward and downward movements of the diaphragm are promoted by the pressure of the balloon, the phrenic nerve is stimulated, the diaphragm function is enhanced, and the respiratory function of the patient improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to an assist breathing device. Background technique [0002] The muscles responsible for breathing are mainly the diaphragm and the intercostal muscles, among which the diaphragm is the main one. Strength 3 to strength 5 Spinal cord injury, motor neuron disease and Guillain-Barré syndrome and other diseases can lead to impaired diaphragm function and decreased respiratory function. For patients with weakened respiratory function due to impaired diaphragm function, the traditional treatment methods are: 1. Use subcutaneous implanted electrodes to stimulate the phrenic nerve, restore the contractile function of the diaphragm, and achieve the purpose of improving ventilation, but this method is an invasive operation , it is easy to cause damage to the patient; 2, the use of a ventilator to assist breathing, but an orotracheal intubation or a tracheotomy intubation is required, which not only increa...
