Auxiliary breathing apparatus

The present invention provides an auxiliary breathing apparatus including a balloon for covering a diaphragm portion of a human body and a pressure sensor for detecting the pressure of the abdomen during a breathing process, wherein the pressure sensor is connected to a controller, the balloon is connected to an air pump by an air channel and the air pump is used for inflating or deflating the balloon; and the air pump is connected with the controller. The auxiliary breathing apparatus can detect the abdominal pressure of a patient through the pressure sensor. When the patient exhales, the abdominal pressure reduces, the pressure sensor transmits a pressure signal to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to inflate the balloon, and the abdominal pressure is increased to promote the upward movement of the diaphragm ; and when the patient inhales, the abdominal pressure increases, the pressure sensor transmits a pressure signal to the controller, the controller controls the air pump to deflate the balloon, the abdominal pressure is reduced to promote the downward movement of the diaphragm. Therefore, in the process that the upward and downward movements of the diaphragm are promoted by the pressure of the balloon, the phrenic nerve is stimulated, the diaphragm function is enhanced, and the respiratory function of the patient improved.

Insufflator with pressure stabilizing function and pressure stabilizing control method thereof

The invention relates to an insufflator with a pressure stabilizing function. The insufflator comprises a pressure reducing module, a proportional valve, a control unit, an exhaust valve, a switchingvalve, a first pressure sensor and a second pressure sensor and further comprises a flow monitoring unit. The proportional valve, the switching valve and the exhaust valve are respectively connected to corresponding ports of the flow monitoring unit, and the flow monitoring unit is electrically connected to the control unit. The flow monitoring unit is adopted to monitor the actual pressure of thehuman abdominal cavity, then the actual pressure is sent to the control unit for processing, and the control unit controls opening and closing of the proportional valve or the exhaust valve accordingto comparison of the set abdominal pressure and the actual pressure of the abdominal cavity to achieve air injecting or exhausting correspondingly. A pressure stabilizing control method replaces thetechnical scheme in the prior art that a single pressure sensor is utilized to judge the air pressure of the surgical space, and overcomes the shortcoming in the prior art of the delay-time effect caused by the sensor and the proportional valve. The pressure error is small, the pressure control stability is good, and the method is favorable for the surgery made by a doctor.

Infra-obturator tension transfer device

ActiveUS20110257470A1Inhibiting urinary incontinenceIncrease pressureAnti-incontinence devicesTubular organ implantsHuman bodyRetzius space
Disclosed is a tension delivery device for preventing urinary incontinence, which includes: Retzius space-insertion portions which are respectively to be inserted into the Retzius spaces positioned on the left side and right side of the urethra and move in response to the pressure or the Retzius spaces; and a urethral support portion which extends convergently from the Retzius space-insertion portions and serves to support the urethra upward, wherein the lateral cross section of the urethral support portion becomes thinner from Retzius space-insertion portions toward the distal end, and a mesh structure may be provided along the outer surface of the tension transfer device. When the tension transfer device is inserted into the human body, the urethral support portion presses the urethra upward due to an increase in pressure of the Retzius spaces, while the mesh structure provided along the outer surface of the device usually induces the tension of the muscles around the urethra, thereby inhibiting involuntary urinary incontinence caused by muscular relaxation. Even when a urinary incontinence patient exercises, sneezes or coughs to increase the abdominal pressure instantaneously, the device can sufficiently inhibit urinary incontinence. Furthermore, the device does not require a guide needle holder that causes damage, and is minimally invasive so that damage associated with an invasive method can be reduced. Also, the device eliminates the need for spinal anesthesia or sedative anesthesia and does not cause discomfort that can occur when excessive local anesthesia is performed. In addition, it can be easily corrected in a non-invasive manner when the therapeutic effect thereof is insufficient. Furthermore, it is easily removed so that it makes it possible to perform surgery again using other methods when the therapeutic effect thereof is insufficient.
