The method comprises the steps of (1) preparation of warps and wefts, (2) dyeing, (3) slashing, (4) fabric weaving and (5) reprocessing, wherein at the step (4), the warps and the wefts are woven into the fabric on an air jet loom; and at the step (5), dyeing and finishing technologies are used for the reprocessing of the fabric, so that the China hemp fabric can be formed. In comparison with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the fabric is nice and comfortable and can keep bacteriostatic and anti-microbial effects for a long time; problems such as difficult spinning, difficult dyeing and difficult weaving of China hemp fibers can be solved; and a blended fabric which combines excellent performance of both the China hemp fibers and cotton is manufactured.
