Abstract

A micro-fluidic chip for chemiluminescence detection and a detection method thereof relate to a miniaturized total analysis system. The micro-fluidic chip is provided with a chip which is provided with at least a micro-channel. Each micro-channel is successively composed of a pre-storage liquid micro-channel, a sample micro-channel and a reaction micro-channel. Two ends of the micro-channel are respectively provided with an inlet and an outlet. The detection method comprises the following steps: the micro-channels of the micro-fluidic chip are completely connected and it is ensured that interfaces are enclosed; driving force is applied on an outlet and / or inlet of each micro-channel, and solutions at different parts of the micro-channels successively flow through the reaction micro-channels under the action of driving force; when all the solutions are flowing through the reaction micro-channels, chemiluminescence occurs; and light emitted undergoes signal acquisition by the use of a photomultiplier or CCD camera so as to realize chemiluminescence detection of an object to be measured in a sample. The micro-fluidic chip has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, is simple to operate and fast to detect, has little external interference but is free of cross contamination. Through parallel multiple micro-channels, parallel detection of multiple samples is realized.
