The card reader, the application front end and the application server form an application square block. The data exchange between the micro-terminal induction card and the micro-terminal APP is carried out through a circuit between the application front end and the application server and a circuit between the application front end and the issuing server. The invention also discloses a data exchange method for the onsite transaction processing, and the method comprises the steps: micro-terminal user registration and authentication, application access and marking, onsite transaction processing and abnormal transaction interception.
